1. Link to OfficialSoftware.com and Earn Commissions on Sales
The professional member Official Affiliate Program enables you to earn
commission on sales on individual product sales from a link or banner
("link or links") placed on your website to promote Official
products from your website. You may link directly to a specific portion
of the website that targets your customers. These sections are pages in
the OfficialSoftware.com website. Every referral that results in a
sale will earn up to a 10% commission.
How the Affiliate Program Works:
There is no cost to submit a request to become a member of Official's
Affiliate program. From your website, you simply place links to Official
Software.com. Each time a visitor clicks from your site to the Official
Software website and purchases items, you earn referral fees. Official
provides product fulfillment, technical support and shipping. Sales
generated from your site are tracked and available for viewing through
online reports.
We provide you with a selection of links and banners that can be easily
added to your site. You can choose to directly link to Official Copyright.com™,
Official Trademark.com™ or the home page of the website, OfficialSoftware.com™.
No matter how you choose to link to us, you get paid on all sales.

2. More About Earning Commissions
How to earn commissions is covered in our Operating Agreement that is
part of your Affiliate Membership. This excerpt that provides some commission
information. Please be sure to read the entire Operating
Agreement when you sign up for the program.
5.1 Referral Fee Schedule:
Qualifying Revenues from sales of all other Qualifying Products (except as noted below), include individual sales of: The Official Copyright™ Software and Online Form Packages, Official Trademark ™ Software and the Official Copyright™ Trademark IP Suite™ product lines for individual filers.
Qualifying Products other than the above mentioned products may be added from time to time (at our sole discretion). You should note that the referral fee percentage for any Qualifying Products other than The Official Copyright™ Software and Online Form Packages, Official Trademark ™ Software and the Official Copyright™ Trademark IP Suite™ product lines (such as the "Online Filing Service") is a 5% referral fee with a maximum of $10 per filing, regardless of the Qualifying Revenues derived from the sale of any such item or service.
The referral fee payment schedule of Qualifying Revenues is as follows for each calendar year:* Note: Each Online Form, Blocks of Forms in an Online Form package or Multiple Filings on One Form is considered to be one Unit, regardless of the number of forms included in the package or works filed at one time.
1 units - 1,000 units 5%
1,001 - 5,000 units 6%
5,001 - 10,000 units 7%
10,001 - 15,000 units 8%
15,001 - 20,000 units 9%
20,001 or greater units 10%
5.2 Referral Fee Payment
We will pay you referral fees on a quarterly basis. Approximately 60 days following the end of each calendar quarter, we will send you a check for the referral fees earned subject to our standard terms and conditions. If the referral fees payable to you for any calendar quarter are less than $100, we will hold payment until the total amount due is at least $100 or (if earlier) until this Agreement is terminated. In calculating referral fees, we will deduct the corresponding referral fee from your next quarterly payment if a Product that generated a referral fee is returned by the customer. If there is no subsequent payment, we will send you a bill for the referral fee.
